OUTLINE ITINERARY Talisman Travel reserves the right to alter the order of this itinerary if required.

• DAY 1 After completing our schedule of pickups, we commence our journey West, using the motorway system and taking comfort stops enroute. We hope to arrive in Bournemouth mid afternoon. Time to unwind before dinner and evening entertainment.
  
  
• Day 2 After a leisurely breakfast, we depart the hotel and take a gentle ride through the beautiful New Forest National Park. Free time and lunch will be taken in the pretty town of Lyndhurst. After lunch, we continue our tour, making our way to Romsey and “Broadlands”, home of the late Lord Mountbatten and the honeymoon destination of the Queen and Prince Philip in 1947. Here we will have a guided tour of the house and then free time to view The Mountbatten Exhibition. Back on coach, we make our way across the National Park again and return to our hotel for dinner and entertainment.
  
  
• DAY 3 Today we visit “Monkey World”. Set amongst the woodland of Dorset lays 65 acres of sanctuary for over 150 primates. Monkey World was set up in 1987 by Jim and Alison Cronin to provide abused Spanish beach chimps with a permanent, stable home. Today Monkey World works in conjunction with foreign governments from all over the world to stop the illegal smuggling of apes out of Africa and Asia. At the park visitors can see more than 150 primates of 15 different species. However, if you wish to have a free day in Bournemouth, just let your guide or driver know, and will see you at dinner!
  
  
• DAY 4 This morning, we depart the hotel and drive to Compton Acres, Poole. Individual themed gardens are set in ten acres with spectacular views over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and the Purbeck Hills. It's a uniquely beautiful journey of discovery. Completely accessible to all and with electric wheelchairs available for hire (pre-booked). An early lunch will be taken here and then head back on the coach to Bournemouth, where we take a one hour afternoon cruise on “The Dorset Belle.” This cruise, in an all-weather vessel combines the delights of Poole Harbour and the Dorset coastline and takes in the beauty of the famous Chines and sails close to the glorious beach at Sandbanks. Once back on dry land, you can return to the hotel with the coach or remain in Bournemouth and return in your own time to the Suncliff’s for dinner and evening entertainment.
  
  
• DAY 5 Following a leisurely breakfast, we check out of the hotel and commence our homeward journey, stopping for our lunch break in… We hope to arrive back in our location, late afternoon.
